Meet Renee

Hi friends, My name is Renee Durrer. I’m a mom, personal trainer, yoga instructor and health coach. Fitness has always been apart of my life, I believe it vital to taking care of my body. I was a runner and played softball. Now, I spend my time in the gym, hiking, and practicing yoga.

My body went through changes while pregnant and took time to get the body I wanted. From changes in my life and having my daughter, I had gained over 50 pounds. In the last year, I have tailored my workouts to build muscle and tone my body. My routine got be back to my high school measurements, with well over 25% muscle mass.

I started Haya Fitness with your health and fitness journey in mind, just like I did for myself. I assist my clients to have a better quality of life, for whatever stage of life you are in. We will maintain your strength, achieve your goals, gain strength, and make sure changes fit to your lifestyle. Whether you have previous injuries, going through recovery from surgeries, prenatal or post, or just wanting a healthier lifestyle, I am here to be your coach.

I have taught many formats of yoga for almost a decade. Lead group fitness classes for 6 years. I have provided personal training for 2 years to over 50 clients. I have certifications in Silver Sneakers, Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition. I use my own experiences, as well, as my background to specifically help all my clients with their unique needs. I tailor your programming based on what your goals and needs are. I can’t wait to start building a better you.

Services

Workout Programming

  • Curated workout programming for weekly or monthly schedule. Monthly or weekly check in video, phone call, or in person to track your progress. Motivational conversations to keep on target to achieve your goals.

  • 30 Minute check in once a week or 1 hour once a month, to track your progress, help you improve in areas you are struggling with and connect.

  • Weekly - $15 for 30 minutes or $25 for an hour, Monthly - $40 for an hour

    *Any additional time will vary depending on individual or semi-private meetings.


Personal & Group Training

  • Private or semi private training sessions at the gym, yoga studio or your home. We will curate a workout to meet your goals for each individual or group.

  • I offer in-home training, meet at a my home gym, local gym, or at an agreed upon location.

  • Individual Hour - $60*
    Group Hour - $25 per person*

    *Pricing varies depending on the location.

Private & Group Yoga

  • Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin, Restorative, Piyo

  • 60- 90 minutes

  • Individual, $60
    Group, $25 per person

    *Pricing may vary if using a studio space or meeting in a clients home.
